Syracuse University basketball player Tyus Battle will enter the NBA Draft, according to Jonathan Givony and a source close to the situation.
NewsChannel 9 Sports Director Steve Infanti says his source confirmed Battle’s decision based on a conversation they’ve had.
ESPN analyst and DraftExpress writer Givony said he will enter the draft without an agent.
Battle is projected to be a first-round draft pick.

On Friday, April 27, the NBA will send out its invites for the draft combine.
In addition to attending the combine in Chicago from May 16-20, prospects can arrange workouts with individual teams.
For those not hiring an agent, the option to return to college remains for 10 days following the combine.
Those wishing to return to school have to notify the NCAA by 11:59 p.m. on May 30.
