Brendan Howell scored in the final minute of overtime to give the Cadets their first ever win over Penfield in boys lacrosse.
Ben Wildman forced overtime for the Patriots with a goal less than a minute into the fourth quarter.
Matthew Mojsej led all scorers with three goals for the Cadets, who rallied from an early 3-0 hole.
Hilton improved to 4-1 while Penfield fell to 2-3.
McQuaid 12, Aquinas 1
Ryan McEvily fired home five goals and two assists and Nicholas Opett racked up three goals and four assists as McQuaid trounced their longtime rivals.
Fairport 13, Pittsford 3
Klay Stuver scored six goals and added two assists as the Red Raiders continued their strong start to Section V play.
The Red Raiders started strong, building a 5-1 lead by the end of the first quarter. Fairport then scored the next goals in the second quarter for a 9-1 halftime lead and the result was all but determined.
Fairport is now 3-1 this season with wins over the Panthers, Webster Schroeder and Victor. Pittsford drops to 2-3.
