McQuaid 38 Wilson 34

Mark Passero scored the game-winning touchdown in the final 30 seconds to lift the Knights over the Wildcats.

McQuaid scored the first thirteen points of the game but Wilson answered with the next fourteen and led at halftime. 

Passero scored his first touchdown of the game from 13-yards out on the opening drive of the 3rd quarter as McQuaid regained the lead.

After a short punt by Wilson, Hunter Walsh connected with Ben Beauchamp and the Knights led by 11.

Desi Floyd answered with a 65-yard touchdown run and his 2nd score of the game.

The back and forth second half continued when Walsh found Casey Howlett for a 23-yard score and the lead was back to double digits.

Rickey Gamble Jr’s second touchdown catch of the night on the next drive for Wilson pulled the Wildcats back within four.

Wilson got a stop on 4th and short from midfield and then marched 65-yards and took the lead on a Dean Edwards rushing touchdown with 2:40 remaining.

That was enough time for the Knights to drive down the field and took the final lead with 18 seconds remaining.

McQuaid moves to 5-0, while Wilson suffers their first loss of the season.

Irondequoit 34 Rush Henrietta 13

Jadon Turner rushed for 136 yards and two scores to power the Eagles to their 5th straight win.

Freddy June threw a touchdown pass and also had two scores and 116 yards on the ground.

Liam Smith had 12 total sacks, including three for a loss on the defensive side for Irondequoit.

East 20 UPrep 6

Tied 6-6 at halftime, Anthony Gilbert threw touchdown passes to Yasier Daniels and Seven McGee and the defense did the rest.

The forced three turnovers and shut out the Griffins after the 1st quarter.

East improves to 4-0 on the season.
