Aquinas 34, McQuaid 0 

One of Section V’s best rivalries produced a result all too familiar with Aquinas winning it’s 12th-straight game against McQuaid.

The Knights came into the game with a better record at 5-0 but it didn’t take long to determine which side was better on Saturday. 

Kobe McNair snagged a 42-yard touchdown to open the game. TJ Jones was a monster on defense with a fumble recovery and an interception to go along with a 53-yard touchdown on a screen to open the second half.

Batavia 14, Wilson 21

Rickey Gamble returned a punt 40 yards for the go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter as the Wildcats rally for a win on Homecoming weekend. Dasjon Dash also ran for two touchdowns as the Wildcats improve to 6-0.

Clyde-Savannah 49, CG Finney 28

Clyde-Savannah’s potent offense wasn’t deterred on Saturday with Derrick and Camden Chance rushing for three touchdowns each. The Golden Eagles are now 6-0.

Edison Tech 14, University Prep 8

Edison snapped a 2-game losing streak with an impressive performance on defense.

Eastridge 38, Greece Olympia 14

Justice Griffin threw three passing touchdowns and Rayshaud Smith ran for a score and caught two more as the Lancers improve their playoff position before the final game of the regular season. With the win, Eastridge is now 3-3 in Class A.
