ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester police are investigating after a teen was shot Tuesday on Melville Street.
Officers were called to the area shortly before 1:00 p.m. Investigators said they found a 16-year-old boy who had been shot at least once in his lower body.
The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with what police said were not life-threatening injuries.
No suspects are in custody.
