The case against a man accused in the horrific crash is headed to a grand jury.

Nauman Hussain’s appearance in Cobleskill Town Court was cancelled because the case has been bumped up to Schoharie County Court.

A grand jury will decide if he should be indicted on criminally negligent homicide charges.

Hussain ran the limo company involved in the crash that killed 20 people two weeks ago.

Prosecutors say he knowingly hired a driver not certified to operate the stretch limo and that he knew there were serious mechanical problems with that vehicle but still let it be on the road.
