Rochester, N.Y. (WROC) – Saturday marks six years since Rochester Police Officer Anthony DiPonzio was seriously injured in the line of duty.
He’s has gone through many surgeries and intensive rehab.
DiPonzio returned to work at the Police Department in 2012.
DiPonzio was shot in the head Jan, 31, 2009, while responding to a call on Dayton Street.
