ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Monroe County Legislature voted Tuesday to honor Mercy Flight pilot James Sauer.
Sauer died during a training exercise in Genesee County last April. Legislators agreed to memorialize Davis Road in the towns of Chili and Riga in his honor.
A dedication ceremony will be held in the spring.
