UPDATE: Repairs on the water main break in the area of State Street have been finished. The roadway was re-opened to traffic.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A water main break is causing some traffic issues in the town of Pittsford Sunday morning.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office reports State Street between South Street and Main Street is closed in both directions.

Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
