A new study has found that New York residents are the fifth-most stressed citizens in the United States.

Zippa ranked each state’s level of stress based on commute times, unemployment, hours worked, population density, home price to income ratio, and what percent of the population is uninsured.

The study says New Yorkers have the longest commute in the country and an extremely high cost of living.

New Jersey topped the list as the most stressed and Iowa finished as the least-stressed.
