Woman indicted by a grand jury for deadly Karnes St. stabbing

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester woman accused of stabbing a man on Karnes Street last month has been indicted by a grand jury.

Police say Erica Mathis, 35, stabbed 35-year-old Dytanyia McCracken in the upper body.

McCracken was pronounced dead at the scene. Mathis was charged with second-degree murder.
