The woman accused of stealing a car with a 4-year-old child with disabilities inside has pleaded not guilty to all charges on Wednesday.
Tyneidra Snow, 25, of Rochester, pleaded not guilty to felony kidnapping in the second degree, felony grand larceny in the third degree, and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
Multiple agencies searched for Snow and another female suspect after they stole a car from Walmart on Dewey Avenue Tuesday.
Greece Police said the girl’s mother left her inside the car for about 10 to 15 minutes while she went into the store.
No charges have been filed against the child’s mother at this point for leaving her in the car.
