Cow-po-calypse – Next Michael Bay Franchise perhaps?
A story that isn’t ‘amoosing’ in the slightest … you’ll probably tell me to pull the udder one!
Three cows in New Zealand became stranded atop a teetering chunk of land after a 7.8 magnitude earthquake that rocked the country on Monday, swallowing the earth around them.
Take a look at the video … the small island was all that remained– that and the cows– still happily chewing grass.
There is a happy ending – the marooned cattle were eventually rescued.
A Grave Mistake, leaving no stone unturned – in Slovakia
Teams from across central Europe on Thursday battled it out for the title of grave digging champions, in a competition organizers hoped would serve as a pr coup for the funeral industry.
A Slovakian team, from the southern town of Kalna won the contest and got to pose with the “grim reaper” and competition hostesses.
No wifi – yes please!
What’s this no WiFi allowed? Time to party like its 1993 according to one Wyoming bookstore. Owner Vicki Burger has banned WiFi and electronics in her bookstore, Wind City Books, in Casper.
They’ve put up a sign asking customers to hand in their phones as they enter. So far, the ‘reception’ to the sign has been overwhelmingly positive.
