A Webster man is accused of attempting to lure two children with candy.
20 year-old Daniel Delaus III was arraigned Monday night on charges of stalking and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to the Monore County Sheriff’s Department, on July 21st, Dalaus stopped his vehicle in front of two separate homes and offered candy to two children who were playing outside. Both of the kids ran inside. The incidents allegedly occurred within minutes of each other on Armetale Luster in the Town of Penfield.
Orders of protection were issued for both children. Delaus was released on his own recognizance.
