Webster man accused of kidnapping ex-girlfriend facing new charges

Albert Pelusio, the man accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend and driving her around while assaulting her, is facing new charges.

According to court documents, Pelusio was indicted on August 23 and charged with second degree kidnapping, two counts of second degree burglary, aggravated criminal contempt, two counts of first degree criminal contempt, four counts of second degree criminal contempt, four counts of fourth degree criminal mischief, third degree intimidating a victim or witness, and fourth degree grand larceny.

Police say on August 4, Pelusio broke into his ex-girlfriend’s house in Greece removing an air conditioning unit from a window and forced her into his car.

Police also say he took her cell phone from her when she tried to call 911.

After driving around for several hours, he allegedly dropped her off at a gas station on Holt Road in Webster, and fled to a home on Lake Road. Police shut down the area for several hours before he surrendered peacefully.
