A man is facing charges following an incident involving a University of Rochester housing facility early Monday morning.
The University of Rochester’s Department of Safety received a phone call just after 1 a.m. from a person saying they were approached while sitting in their car by a man who appeared to have a handgun in the Brooks Crossing lot.
Shortly after, Bradley Berry was arrested near the Staybridge hotel for menacing the victim. According to police, Berry was in possession of two “non-firing replica handguns.”
