The trial date has been set for the four suspects charged with the murder of Craig Rideout.

Craig’s estranged wife, Laura Rideout; his two sons, Colin and Alex Rideout; and Laura’s boyfriend, Paul Tucci, are set to appear in court on June 20.

All four are charged with second degree murder and tampering with physical evidence.

Craig Rideout was reported missing on July 20, and his body was later found near Penn Yan on the same date.

Investigators also accused the Rideout sons of dumping physical evidence in the Devil’s Bathtub in Mendon Ponds Park.

Craig’s sister reported seeing Laura in his Penfield apartment, which she described as “odd.” At the time, Laura was living with Tucci at his home in Fairport.

Craig Rideout’s van also went missing when he did, and was found a week later parked at the Bushnell’s Basin Park and Ride. Court documents say his car keys were found on the bed shared by Laura and Tucci in his home.

Laura Rideout and Tucci were also recorded on Walmart security footage buying tarps and drain cleaner, according to police documents. Both were required to submit DNA samples as evidence.

All three Rideouts and Tucci were placed under a travel ban, as they had previously indicated that they were attempting to move to South Carolina.
