The Town of Henrietta wants to build a bigger library, but with a cost of $12.5 million.
The Town unveiled renderings of the new library Thursday night at a public meeting.
The new library would be built on donated land on Calkins Road and would be twice the size of the current library, which is 40 years old.
Taxpayers are being asked to approve a $10 million bond for the library. The referendum will be included on the ballot in November.
