A Tornado Watch is in effect for Livingston, Ontario and Wyoming Counties through 3AM Monday, and Yates and Seneca Counties through 5AM.
A cold front moving through will produce some strong to potentially severe storms across the area tonight, especially south of the Thruway. That is where we will see the greatest threat for an isolated tornado.
The line of storms will produce strong winds, torrential rain and lightning through midnight across the entire area, then continue marching into the central Finger Lakes and central NYS into the early morning hours.
