The Thomas P. Ryan R-Center on Webster Avenue in Rochester is closed on Monday after the nearby Sully Library branch was treated for bed bugs.
According to the city, the closure is just a precaution, as the Ryan Center and Sully branch share a building, and to ensure no fumes from the pest control treatment are present.
The Sully branch was treated over the weekend for bed bugs. Both will re-open on Tuesday.
