A teen boy has died after a serious crash in Wayne County, troopers report.
We’re told the crash happened around 11:30 p.m. Monday evening on Blue Cut Road in Arcadia.
According to investigators, 16-year-old Deven Jackson from Red Creek, was riding in a vehicle with a 17-year-old boy from Newark when the vehicle went off the roadway, hit a post, a utility pole before rolling over.
Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing; no charges have been filed.
