The three people charged in the kidnapping on the Monroe Community College Brighton campus have been indicted on charges in the case.
A grand jury handed up charges of kidnapping, criminal sexual act, sexual abuse, rape, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation against Andy Nano.
Mohammed Al-Harbi and a teen, who was not identified due to his age, were also both indicted on charges of kidnapping as well.
Police say the three individuals flew from Arizona to Brighton last month and confronted Nano’s ex-girlfriend in the MCC parking lot.
The victim told police they forced her into a vehicle and took her to a hotel in Gates where she said Nano threatened to shoot her and then raped her.
After the assault, in court papers, the victim said Nano brought her home, but warned her, “If you try to do anything stupid or call the cops I have people watching you and your family and they will hurt them.”
All three suspects are being held in Monroe County Jail.
