Police have arrested a man in the deadly shooting on Glenwood Avenue in Rochester in September.
Officers say Douglas King is charged with manslaughter for the death of Dominque Wilson.
Investigators responded to Glenwood Avenue on September 27 for the shooting. Officers found Wilson down in a driveway after being shot in the upper body. He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
In January, police say they learned that the suspect in the shooting, King, was in Columbus. He was arrested earlier this month at a homeless shelter. Police say he was arraigned in Rochester on Monday after being extradited.
He also faces a charge of criminal possession of a weapon in the case.
