Water levels along Lake Ontario have reached a new high.
    The entire southern shoreline of Lake Ontario is under a flood warning this morning.
            -the lake level is currently at 248-point-9-8 feet.
-breaking the old record of 248.95 feet in 2017, when there was disastrous flooding.

    The main suspect in a Rochester shooting from last Thursday is due in court..
    Police say Keith Williams was taken into custody after a standoff at a home on Peck street yesterday.
    A witness told 911 Williams brandished a gun.
    The shooting victim has been released from the hospital.
    Williams is charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. 
    
The man involved in a stand-off with police yesterday is expected to appear in court.
    A witness told 911 he waved a gun at them before going inside. 
    Williams is the main suspect in a shooting that took place on north goodman street Thursday night—where a 28-year-old Rochester man was shot. 
    That victim was treated and released from the hospital. 
    After a brief stand-off with police, Williams surrendered when swat teams showed up. 
    He’s charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. 
    
And tickets for the CGI Rochester international jazz festival go on sale
    The ticket shop officially opens at noon.
    You can get your tickets and a full schedule of shows, and a map.
    The shop will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday until June 20th.
    The festival runs from June 21 through the 29th.

Weather

It’s feeling a lot more like early April this morning. Temperatures are down to near 40 degrees in many spots. Definitely grab a jacket as you head out the door.
Expect temperatures to be some ten to fifteen degrees below normal today.
Highs will be right around 60. At least we’ll find some sunshine today, but we’ll also see those busy winds causing issues lakeside with respect to lakeshore flooding.
