Rochester police say a motorist may have suffered a medical emergency, just before she crashed into the back of a school bus this evening.
The bus was carrying six children, luckly non were injured.
Police say the bus was heading North on North Goodman when the crash happened.
The 58 year old woman driving the car was hospitalized.
As of now, no charges have been filed
