Scholarship created to honor life of slain Rochester child helps students afford college
Many students in the City of Rochester are often left with the uncertainty of how they would be able to afford college
But the Tyshaun Lamar Cauldwell Scholarship Fund is helping to do just that.
The scholarship was named after the ten-year-old who died from gun violence on his way home from School 17 back in 2001.
