Rochester Police officers arrested 18-year-old Deavian Moses of Rochester after Moses allegedly tossed hot water and bleach on a Rochester woman. The victim suffered second-degree burns when hot water and bleach was thrown on her during an argument Tuesday evening in Rochester.
Rochester Police officers responded to Rochester General Hospital emergency department where they found the woman. Police say the argument took place inside a residence on Petrossi Drive.
Medical personnel at RGH say the victim has non-life-threatening injuries and is in stable condition.
Moses was arraigned in Rochester City Court on Wednesday morning.
