Rochester man indicted on second degree murder for Lyell Ave shooting

After a long investigation by the Rochester Police Department, 38-year-old Tremaine Coley was indicted on a charge of second degree murder for the death of Tasmere Kenard on Lyell Avenue in Rochester, on September 14. 

He was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon as well as robbery.

Coley’s co-defendant Delvern Duran was also charged with robbery.

Coley and Duran are scheduled to appear at a later date for arraignment.
