A man has been arrested after an armed robbery at the 7-Eleven on Dewey Avenue in Greece.
Joshua Carson is charged with robbery, criminal use of a firearm, grand larceny and criminal possession of a weapon.
Greece police officers say Carson, wearing a bandana over his face and armed with a gun, went into the store at the corner of Banard Street and demanded money.
Employees handed over what police call a “small quantity” of cash and say Carson left the scene on foot.
Officers say they found him in a nearby neighborhood shortly after the robbery. In his possession, police found Carson had a loaded gun.
Carson is being held in Monroe County Jail on $25,000.
