Rochester man expected to survive stabbing by Joseph Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A 38-year-old man from Rochester was taken to Rochester General Hospital on Friday evening after having been stabbed in the area of Wilkins Street and Joseph Avenue in Rochester.

Officers with the Rochester Police Department said the victim sustained at least one stab wound and his injury is not considered life-threatening.

The RPD said there are no suspects in custody yet, and the investigation is ongoing.
