A Rochester man was arrested and charged with a homicide that took place in June.
Bryan Lavar Gifford, 34, was arrested on Wednesday in connection with the fatal shooting of 34-year-old Antwan Matos Hines.
Hines was shot on June 30 on West Broad Street around 7 p.m. Hines died 10 days later.
Gifford was taken into custody in connection with a robbery on Mazda Terrace.
Gifford is charged with second-degree murder. He is facing first-degree robbery and fourth-degree grand larceny charges in connection to the robbery.
The FBI Rochester Area Major Crimes Task Force will also be pressing charges against Gifford for a 2016 Rochester area bank robbery.
Gifford will be arraigned Thursday morning in Rochester City Court.
