An Irondequoit man is facing charges after troopers say he was responsible for a road rage crash in Greece.

Troopers were called to the Lake Ontario State Parkway on Saturday for the crash. Investigators say a vehicle had been rear-ended and forced off the road by another driver, who then fled the scene.

After an investigation, troopers arrested 20-year-old Curtis Johnstone for criminal mischief, reckless endangerment, and other traffic offenses including unlicensed operation, following too closely, and speed not reasonable and prudent.

He was issued an appearance ticket for Greece Town Court.
