A Riga man is accused of driving drunk in a crash that killed a woman in Parma last month.
Now, 30-year-old Matthew Magar is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated DWI, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding.
Deputies say Magar was behind the wheel when he ran a stop sign at the intersection of Clarkson-Parma Town Line Road and Parma Center Road on January 7.
Investigators say Magar hit another vehicle driven by 41-year-old Dilek Ogut of Greece, killing her.
Magar, who suffered serious injuries, was arraigned at Strong Memorial Hospital and is being held on $15,000 bail.
