Weeks after white supremacist stickers were found in Brighton, new stickers have been found in Pittsford.

According to Pittsford Town Supervisor Bill Smith, the racist stickers were found in at least two spots in the town. Smith says town crews have since removed them.

In a Facebook post, Smith writes, “We will not tolerate this in the Town of Pittsford. The message such stickers convey seeks to undermine the core values that make Pittsford the community that it is. It is an offense not only against our values but against our way of life, which welcomes everyone.”

Smith is asking residents to report any other bigoted stickers. At the same time, Smith has asked the sheriff’s office to investigate the incident.
