Your post Election Day weather brings a completely different kind of setup over yesterday, as temperatures drop some twenty degrees or more over yesterday.
Expect temperatures to do nothing but fall today through the 40’s. This is coming off of Tuesday’s unseasonably mild high of 66 degrees.
Clouds will linger through most of the day, but as somewhat drier air arrives later in the afternoon a few peeks of sun are possible.
Winds will also be a factor freshening out of the north and turning a bit gusty especially along the water’s edge of Lake Ontario.
Later tonight as skies clear temperatures will really fall off reaching some frosty lows right around 30 by Thursday morning.
