The extended snowfall in the Rochester area has created plenty of work for plow drivers.
Along with those clearing the roadways, contractors were out in force try to help dig out residents on Sunday. The extended snowfall made the job extra difficult.
We spoke with a plow driver in Brighton as he cleared a driveway. The driver, John, told us he had just been through around 3 a.m., but by 8:30 you couldn’t tell it had been plowed before.
Perhaps the easy way to get around on Sunday was by skis. That’s just what we found Zoey doing Sunday morning.
“I just woke, I’d seen all the snow and everything, so I wanted to go out skiing,” she told us. “I haven’t skied in years, but I just got my skis waxed, so… it’s a perfect time.”
But, if you aren’t on a pair of skis, you should probably just stay inside and let plows do their work.
