The CDS Wolf Foundation hosted the Ninth Annual Strikes for Abilities Bowling Party and Fundraiser Sunday afternoon at Clover Lanes on Monroe Avenue.

The event helps raise the money needed for year round activities at CDS Monarch.

“This event is really important to providing health and wellness recreation activities for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities at CDS Monarch that are not otherwise funded,” said Taryn Mullen of the CDS Wolf Foundation. “For example, our Special Olympics team.”

The popular event was completely sold out with about 250 bowlers participating. The goal of the fundraiser was $37,000.
