The Move-Over law in New York state is expanding in 2017.

Not only are drivers suppose to be slowing down, or moving over, for police cars, fire trucks, and tow trucks, but now they will have to do so for Volunteer Emergency Services vehicles as well.

Any vehicle with flashing blue and white lights will have to be treated the same as your typical red flashing lights.

We spoke with the Henrietta Volunteer Ambulance Department on what they think about the law, and how it could help them service the community.
