Miraclon will take on Kodak Flexcel with new CEO

Miraclon, a new global independent company, will now develop, produce, and sell Kodak Flexcel Solutions.
Chris Payne who has lead Kodak’s flexographic packaging division since 2015 is the new company’s CEO. 

“Customers will experience the same products, same people and same trusted Kodak product brand that they have come to depend upon to support their own business growth. Together with our customers, we’ve played a decisive role in shaping flexo’s evolution over the last ten years, and we’re now looking forward, as Miraclon, to being the driving force behind the next evolution of KODAK FLEXCEL Solutions, and setting new benchmarks for years to come,” said Payne. 

Miraclon has a home office in Brussels and offices in places like Mexico, Singapore, and of course, Rochester– just to name a few. They also have major manufacturing sites in Oklahoma and Japan.

The company has 30 employees in Rochester.
