On Monday, September 26, at about 7:15 a.m., the body of a deceased male was discovered in the Genesee River, south of the Inner Loop, which is upstream of High Falls.

He is described as a 6’1”, black male, around 20 or 30 years of age and weighing approximately 155 pounds. Officials also say he had a beard and moustache, with short, brown hair and brown eyes.
