Mayor Warren says plow crews will continue to work throughout Sunday to clear roads and side streets after a massive snowfall overnight that dropped inches of snow on Rochester.

As of noon, Mayor Warren says residential and sidewalk plows have made two runs and plan to make a third Sunday afternoon. At the same time, plow crews for major roads will be working continiously.

The mayor is urging residens to obey parking rules to ensure crews can do their job.

“My thanks as well to our residents for using caution and common sense regarding traveling this weekend,” the mayor says. “Also, I’m grateful for everyone for checking on their neighbors, clearing sidewalks and obeying our parking rules. Together, we have weathered this storm well.”

If your street in Rochester is in need of a plow, you are asked to call 311.
