A Genesee County man is under arrest, accused of stealing commercial batteries.
The Genesee County Sheriff’s Department says 48 year old Bart Towne is accused of stealing batteries valued more than $3,000. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending related to similar thefts across the county.
Townes is facing Grand Larceny charges and is being held in the county jail without bail.
