A man from Henrietta was arrested on Thursday, after being pulled over during a traffic stop.

Police pulled Juanjesus Wearen, 25, over for an inspection violation during a traffic stop on the Inner Loop at East Main Street. When pulled over, Wearen provided police with a NY State photo ID, and advised the Trooper that he did not have a license and that he had “a lot of suspension.”

The Trooper told Wearen his inspection sticker was known to be a fake sticker.

A DMV check of Wearen’s drivers status revealed he was revoked with 33 total suspensions and 30 scoffs on 22 dates. He was also on probation for a previous DWI.

He was arrested and brought to Monroe County Jail to be held for arraignment.

While being searched at the jail, a deputy found four baggies containing heroin in a small zippered front pocket of his jeans. He has additionally been charged for the drugs, and introducing contraband to prison in the second degree.
