Limo company operator indicted on 20 counts of manslaughter for Schoharie crash

SCHOHARIE, N.Y. (WTEN) – Schoharie District Attorney Susan Mallery has handed up an indictment to Judge Bartlett in county court.

Mallery confirmed Nauman Hussain has been indicted on 20 counts of manslaughter and 20 counts of criminally negligent homicide.

Hussain, the operator of Prestige Limousine Chauffeured Service, was charged in connection to the tragic crash that killed 20 people in Schoharie.

He will be arraigned on Wednesday.
