Leticia Astacio will be represented by two new attorneys at her court appearance on October 19.
According to Astacio, Greg Salmon and Craig Carson will be representing her at the hearing to determine if she violated her parole in July by drinking alcohol.
Court paperwork shows a notice of appearance was filed on Wednesday to Judge Aronson. The notice was filed by Gergory Salmon and states that he and Craig Carson have been retained by Leticia.
She says there are no hard feelings between her and her previous attorneys, Mark and Bridget Young. Bridget Young was hired by Astacio in June after she fired her first attorney, Ed Fiandach.
On Tuesday, News 8 learned that Astacio had picked up a probation violation for leaving Monroe County without permission on September 20 to stay one night at del Lago Resort and Casino.
