We spoke with several businesses in williamson that depend on snowmobilers to add to their bottom lines.
Williamson Driftriders, a snowmobile club made up of 500 members – – says gone are the days, when restaurants would be packed out with sleds in their parking lots, or gas station lines stretching out to the main road.
According to drift riders, this luxury sport brought around 16-million dollars to the town of Willliamson annually.
While this may be a hobby for some, businesses like Log Cabin say it’s their bread and butter during the long winter months.
