Henrietta pastor charged with two new counts of forcible touching

Monroe County Sheriff’s have confirmed that Paul Burress, former pastor at Victory Church, has been charged with two new counts of forcible touching.

Deputies say the two charges were filed by the same victim and that the alleged forcible touching happened in March and July of last year. 

According to deputies, Burress turned himself in Friday morning. He was processed and release and is due to appear in Henrietta Town Court at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Burress, known for the 2014 documentary “Fight Church” was originally arrested and charged on Sept. 8 with two counts of forcible touching involving two separate victims.

Those alleged incidents occurred in February.
