ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) — A grand jury has handed out indictments to two people charged with the murder of a man found dead in Syracuse and another man accused of impersonating a Brockport student.

Both Aries Ash, 30, and Charisse Walton, 36, have been indicted for the murder of Maximillion Cook. Cook was found dead last month after his body was discovered in a vacant home in Syracuse.

Ash and Walton were indicted on murder and robbery charges.

Ash and Walton were arrested after a police chase where officers say they crashed their vehicle in a truck.

Trejo, a convicted sex offender, was indicted on multiple counts of sexual abuse, criminal sex act, falsifying business records, and failure to report the change of address as a sex offender.

Troopers said Trejo impersonated a Brockport student and attacked a girl who he met online.
