Pearl Ministries of Rochester recently created a GoFundMe page for Abigail Hernandez, the woman who posted a threat on social media saying she was going to shoot up East High School in Rochester.

The 21-year-old’s threat posted on the East High Facebook page was made one day after the school shooting on Valentine’s Day in Parkland, Florida.

Investigators said Hernandez was a student in the Rochester City School District, but did not attend East High School.

The page said Hernandez is seeking an appellate immigration attorney for her legal and potential relocation expenses in fear of facing deportation back to Mexico. Her family says Hernandez has a mental disability, doesn’t speak Spanish and would struggle to live on her own in Mexico.

Last month, a judge denied Hernandez request to remain in the U.S.

Those looking to donate can find the link to the GoFundMe page here.
