Firefighters save Warwick Ave home.

Sunday, Rochester firefighters, came upon a working house fire while driving back to their Fire House on Genesee Street.  Engine seven was returning to their quarters from another run when they smelled smoke on Genesee Street. 

They drove around the area and came upon a working attic fire at 32 Warwick Av, about two streets West of Genesee St.  At the time, no call came in reporting the blaze.

The home was vacant and the fire was contained to the attic. The Rochester Fire Investigation Unit is investigating the cause. 

No injuries were reported at the time of the fire.  The fire was placed under control in about 15 minutes.
